Mobitru supports iOS versions 12.0 to 17.X and Android versions 7 to 14. Check more information about OS versions.

You can use the platform in any browser. But we do not support streaming video in the IE 11 and Firefox browsers.
Mobitru uses only real devices that are kept in specially equipped data centers.
Just hover over an available device and click on Start.
You may request a device via support@mobitru.com.
Yes, contact support@mobitru.com to discuss this request.
Mobitru does not track activities inside the device.
To track statistics, Mobitru and its service providers may collect, process, store, modify, aggregate, and otherwise use statistics and other data regarding your use of Mobitru. Mobitru calls this Usage Data, and it includes information such as the number and types of devices tested, the timing and duration of tests, and so on. Mobitru owns and retains all rights in the Usage Data. Usage Data does not include your session information or the information you provide as part of registration.
You can work for 3 hours on all the devices, except Premium devices under Personal accounts. In this case, you will have 15-minute sessions.
To make sessions longer, use the booking feature.
In case a device performance is slow, open Pane to the right of the device area screen -> Quality settings. Here either change the mode to Screen Capture if it is available for the device or choose a lower-quality video streaming.
Check whether the device is connected to Wi-Fi or whether the Proxy setting is off on the device. If you found that there is no Wi-Fi connection, contact support@mobitru.com. If Proxy is on in the device settings, turn it off.
When the device you want to work with is under preparation/offline for more than 15 mins – contact support@mobitru.com.
No, it won’t. The booking and device sessions remain active till the end of their duration when a user logs out.
For example, a device session is in progress. The user logs out without finishing the session. If he/she logs in again and the device session has not finished yet, the device will be shown as being used. Clearing site data does not stop the sessions as well.
Yes, Mobitru prohibits testing apps that are used for hacking or malware distribution. We recommend you not to test apps in the cloud that contain sensitive personal and financial information such as healthcare apps or banking apps.

No, the Mobitru device is only available to you once a test session has started. Mobitru protects your apps, and they are not accessible to anyone during or immediately after a test session. Mobitru automatically uninstalls the app after you complete the test session.
